Allergy will cause eye itch, erythema, swelling of the eyelids and tears, and of course it also will cause sensitivity to light. You had better wear the eyeglasses, not the contact lenses, and reduce the sunshine to hurt your eyes. When you feel eye itch, please do not rub your eyes, and do not clean them by water either. You need use the eyedrop to cure them, and cromoglycate, ivy are the good choice.

Yes, of course makeup can cause your eye allergies. There are many chemicals in your makeup objects which can bring too much bacterial into your eyes. When these bacterial have invaded in your eyes, you will get infected in your eyes. So you should pay more attention to them. In serious situation, it will not just cause your eye allergies, but also damage your eyes. In my opinion, if you want to make up, the first thing you need to do is to have a test about your eyes. So that you can know what kind of makeup objects can do damage to your eyes, and then you should avoid them in daily life.

Yes, the eye allergies can cause sensitivity to light. Generally speaking, the most common cause of sensitive eyes is allergies. So we can say that if you have eye allergies, it will increase the risk to be sensitive to light. For the reason, you should know that certain pollens or irritants (such as dust or pollution) are perceived by the body's immune system as an invader, causing a range of symptoms such as runny or watery eyes, itching, a burning sensation, dryness and sensitivity to light. If you are experiencing any symptoms of sensitive eyes, you'd better seek help from a medical professional as soon as possible.
