  If the cataract is in initial stage, it can be treated naturally. Good nutrition is a good way to treat cataract. Eating foods like vegetables and fruits which are rich in antioxidants can treat cataracts naturally. Don't forget to drink lots of water, eapecially at a one time can reducing the chance of releasing toxin so as to clean your body. Take supplements, like Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, B6, selenium, zinc, quercetin and glutathione is also helpful to treat cataract naturally.

  For cataract, surgery may be the most effective treatment. But if you want to have some natural treatment, you should wear sunglasses when you go out, in order to protect your eyes and prevent ultraviolet radiation. You can eat more seafood, seaweed, kelp, marine fish, shrimp and iodine-containing foods. You should also supplement vitamin C, A, B2, E, which can ease its development. In addition, you can use some drugs. But these methods can not make your cataract have fundamental treatment.
