  OD,OS,RX,SPH are quite usual, CYL= Cylinder= Cylindrical, indicates the amount of lens power for astigmatism.Add, short for Reading Addition, is the additional correction required for reading.PD= Pupillary Distance, stands for Pupillary Distance
