Before your clean Acuvue Contact Lenses, you shall wash your hands first with soap and water so as to make your hands are clean. Then, take off your contact lenses from eyes with palm. and Squeeze four to five drops of multipurpose lens-cleaning solution onto the each side of the lenses in your cupped palm. Then use your index finger to rub each side of the lens for about 10-15 seconds, and then clean the lenses. At last, Put the lenses into lenses cases and fill each chamber of the lens case with solution till the solution cover the lenses.

Before you start to remove your contact lenses, you should wash your hands clean. Then place the contact lens on the palm of one hand. Apply a few drops of the clean contact solution on your palm and use the fingers of the other hand to rub the both sides of the lens gently to keep it clean. Finally, use the contact solution to rinse the lens thoroughly and put it back into the lens case. I will remind you that you should rinse the contact case with fresh disinfecting solution regularly and leave it air dry.
