Technically, you can do that. But i think it is really unwise to wear wrap around sunglasses fit over glasses. If you want vision aids and eye protection, you can choose clip on sunglasses or prescription sunglasses. Wearing clip on sunglasses or prescription sunglasses are more convenient than wear wrap around sunglasses fit over glasses. In fact, wrap around sunglasses can be made with prescription lenses.
You'd better not do that. Wearing two pairs of glasses will make you uncomfortable. If you want glasses to protect your eyes from UV rays and also provide you clear vision, you can choose wear contacts in your eyes together with non prescription sunglasses. Or you can also choose prescription sunglasses or clip on sunglasses which can meet your both needs.
You can ask your optician to see whether they are wrap around sunglasses that can fit over glasses. I've never seen people wearing wrap around sunglasses over glasses. If you do prefer wearing wrap around sunglasses, you can contact lens instead of regular glasses. Then you can wear wrap around sunglasses over your contact lenses.
