If you spend more than two hours per day in front of a computer screen, it's likely you will experience some degree of computer vision syndrome (CVS). Computer vision syndrome symptoms include headaches, loss of focus when you read something, burning eyes, double vision or eye strains, What's more, you may also feel neck and shoulder pain. So, according to your description, you may get mild CVS.

Computer vision syndrome (CVS) is a temporary condition which is caused by focusing your eyes on the computer screen for a long time without binking. People who often sit in front of the computer for a long time usually suffer some symptoms of computer vision syndrome, such as blurry vision, eye fatigue, irritated eyes, dry eyes, headaches and neck pain. To prevent getting these symptoms, you can get a pair of computer glasses.

Computer eye strain and computer vision syndrome are caused by our eyes and brain reacting differently to characters on a computer screen than they do to printed characters. Our eyes have little problem focusing on printed material that has dense black characters with well-defined edges. But characters on a computer screen don't have the same degree of contrast and definition. So, long time seeing computer screen will cause many eye discomfort such as headaches, blurred vision, burning eyes or dry eyes etc.
