Is the sea salt damaging to your eyes?

???? I work on a boat...I wear sunglasses but often get sea spray round my face. I then put sunscreen on and rub the salt in while doing so. Sometimes my eyes get sore when i get home.

I think it can damage our eyes. Thought about salt water, if you get a drop of salt water into your eyes, how do you feel? Definitely it will cause pain in your eyes. You must wash your eyes with clean water immediately. Besides, the problem may lie in the sunscreen. I have tried that before. When I paint some sunscreen around my eyes, I will suffer from sore eyes a few minutes later. So don't paint too much sunscreen around your eyes. Wear the sunglasses to protect the eyes is a good choice.

Well, it seems that your eyes are constantly exposed to sea water, so, as a matter of fact, there will be some negative impacts on your eyes if your eyes have contact with sea water, because sea water consists of a lot of things, including some pullutants as well as tiny bacteria which could do harm to your vision and eyes. Afterwards. If there are something strange, try to get some eye drops with antibiotic function.

You'd better not get sea water into your eyes. I think there are salt in sea water. It will cause pains. A pair of sunglasses can shelter your eyes from sea water. If you still can't avoid touching sea water, you can take a piece of clean towel with you and wipe the water from time to time.

I suggest you to change the job. Too much exposure to sunlight will lead to cataract or macular degeneration in later life. I like sea. But I don't want to live on sea all days because I can't find a shelter so the sun may burn my skin. I heard that too much exposure to sunlight will lead to skin cancer. It is sounds terrible.
