Is a contact lens with low water better for dry eyes?

  Different people may get different results. Some people may find lenses with lower water are better for people with dry eyes, while some other people have better effect with high-water contact lenses. However, the best way is to ask your doctor to treat your dry eyes first. Then you have a lot of choices for contacts.

  Whether the contact lenses have low water or high water has little to do with the comfort of the lens, especially for people with dry eyes. It is said that people who have dry eyes shouldn't wear contact lenses unless they wear contact lenses that are specially designed for dry eyes. So you'd better ask your doctor whether you are suitable for contact lenses with low water.
