What are the causes of wavy blood vessels in eyes?

I just had an eye exam and the optician said the blood vessels in my eye were wavy instead of being straight like they are supposed to be. I wanna know what are the causes of wavy blood vessels in eyes?

It can be a sign of hypertension. Some people just have wavy blood vessels for no reason. It is better for you to have a comprehensive eye exam. If there is not any problem in your eyes, there is no need to worry about.

It is quite difficult to say what causes wavy blood vessels in eyes. Someone has them normally but sometimes it indicates the hypertension. To find out whether you have hypertension, you need to check your blood pressure regularly.
