  If you are U.S. citizens and legal residents, you can get free eye exam from EyeCare America which is a public service program of the Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

  If you have no private or government insurance and have income below the established level based on household size, you can apply free eye exam from vision USA which provides free eye exams to eligible, low-income individuals.
