Do I still need computer glasses if I have progressive glasses?

  It depends on how comfortable you are using your progressive glasses for computer work. When you wear progressive glasses, you may constantly move your head to find the right zone for the computer and these movements can give you a pain in the neck. If they don't hurt your neck, you don't need computer glasses. If they do, you need separate glasses for reading and computer work.

  If you don't mind moving your head frequently to find the right zone and feel comfortable with your progressive glasses, you don't need reading or computer glasses separately.

  If you can't get used to your progressive glasses, you need to get separate glasses for reading and computer use.
