Which kind of contacts is best for first wearer?

I have been wearing glasses for 5 years and now I want to make a change. Which kind of contacts is best for first wearer?

    Daily disposable contacts are best choices for first wearers. You can wear these contacts for one day and throw them away, which is much better to eye health because there is little chance to get eye infection.

    For first contacts wearer, it is better to choose contacts that can be worn easily and not too soft to wear. It depends on different people to choose daily,monthly or yearly contacts. You can try different types to see which is most comfortable to wear.
