Will the high index lens cost more if your prescription goes higher?

Or do they cost the same regardless of prescription? How much do 1.67 or 1.74 lens usually cost?

    Yes. The stronger the prescription is, the higher the index is and the more it will cost. 1.67 lens usually costs from $200 to $400. And 1.74 lens usually cost from $300 to $600. However, different places have different prices. And you will find them much cheaper online.

    The cost will be the Same regardless of how higher your prescription is. But the lens will be much thick if you have strong prescription. The thinner lens you choose, the more they cost. The 1.74 lens can cost more than $100.
