Which person should I go to, the eye doctor or my regular doctor?

I am suffering pain in my right eye socket and I also have headache for a long time. I need to have a check, but I wonder which person should I go to, the eye doctor or my regular doctor?

I think you should go to your regular doctor first. Sometimes the pain in eye doesn't mean you are having problem in your eyes. It may be cause by other reason such as migraine. If the doctor says it's an eye problem then make an appointment with the eye doctor.

It is really bad news. Well, regular doctor may have kept track of your health, but considering your situation now, my advice is that you go immediately to a special eye doctor and see if there are any problems with your eyes. Don't hesitate and bear any hope for the luckiest situation. Anyway, have you been overusing your eyes? Perhaps you need some rest and get some eye drops.
