Can I use saline water to wash my red eyes?

  Yes, but you'd better use some eye drops or eyeointment after washing your eyes to quicken the recovery. Wish you a speedy recovery.

  If it is pink eye, it is necessary to do so because this can reduce the secretion of your eyes and dilute the bacteria density of your conjunctiva at the same time. Bud do not wipe them with swab to avoid cross infection.

  You mush have suffered from blepharoconjunctivitis. You should use some antibiotics such as ofloxacin eye drops instead of washing them with saline.
