Does it matter if I mix up the contacts?

I just got my contacts but it didn't say which lens is for the right or left. Can I wear them in either eyes?

You'd better go back to where you bought the contact lenses to distinguish the lens for your right eye and lefy eye, cuz the prescription on each lens is different, even the prescription is the same but the BC (base curve) which is specially for the size of your eye on each lens is different, wearing mixed up lenses would make your vision worse or cause other eye diseases.

If you have the same prescription in your both eyes,it doesn't matter which lens you get for your left or right eye.Otherwise you need to make it clear what the prescription is for each lens.
