Can I use fasttrack goggles for computer use?

I want to avoid the radiation damage to my eyes,can I use the goggles?

    A pair of computer glasses with anti-reflective coatings can prevent the radiation from the computer screen.

    I have heard some people say there is no radiation from computers, so if you don't have vision problem, they won't damage your eyes. You don't need goggles for computer use at all.
