  Yes, of course you can.Just go to any optical store with your prescription.Choose your favourite frame and they will make it for you.

  -5.00 is not that strong,it is fine for you to get half rim glasses.But you should not choose the wide frames.Generally the wider they are, the thicker your lenses will be.If you are still intolerant with the thickness of 1.67 index lenses,you can choose much thinner lenses,such as 1.74.
