  plano glasses are also known as fake glasses and clear glasses. The eyeglasses are made for people who just want to wear eyeglasses for looks. They have perfect vision and needn't vision correction. But they are unwilling to wear eyeglasses frames without lenses. They just want to make themselves look like the same as people with prescription eyeglasses. So, here come plano glasses. The plano glasses can help them achieve the image they want but won't affect their vision. So, the plano glasses are just a type of facial fashion accessories.
