  It is a waste of money for anti-glare.You just need to train yourself to look away from the monitor to let your eyes refocus at distance every few minutes.Keep your monitor at least 28 inches away from you also.Every 5 or 6 minutes, just look away, around the room for maybe 20 seconds , that's all it takes. It becomes second nature pretty soon to.
