Are there any glasses that combine the usage of computer glasses & reading glasses?

Is it possble for me to find a glasses both for reading and computer use so that I don't need to change between two pairs of glasses?

    A pair of bifocal glasses can made both for reading and computer use with the upper part to see intermediate distance(computer) and the below part to see near (reading). Some bifocals are with a line in the middle while some are without line.

    Computer eyeglasses tend to optimize your vision for mid range whereas reading glasses are for close up stuff. Also, they frequently also sell anti-reflective add ons to minimize fatigue from glare
