Contacts can see better than glasses that are the same prescription?

  Yes.It is because the prescription on contact lenses are higher than that on eyeglasses. Eyeglasses are usually about 12 millimeters from the eye while contact lenses are posotioned directly on the tear film of the eye.

  If the prescription of contacts is the same as that of glasses, people will sees much better with contacts than glasses.That's because the contacts are closer to eyes than glasses.

  Yes,it is normal.Because the strength you need is usually weaker than the glasses.If they are the same prescription,contacts give you higher prescription to see.So you can see better.
