Yes, the LCD screens will affect your eye vision. You should wear the sunglasses when you are out to protect your eyes from the uv rays and other bad lights. However, you should wear the computer goggles to protect your eyes in front of the computer to get rid of the radiation from the screen, not the sunglasses.

You should wear computer glasses other than sunglasses. computer glasses can protect your eyes from the reflections and glare of computer screens. Sunglasses have tinted lenses. They can help block harsh light in the outside. But the light indoors is darker. Maybe you can't see things clearly if you put on a pair of sunglasses indoors.

I think you can wear the computer glasses as long as you can see the letters on the computer screen clearly. Usually if there are harsh glare from the computer screens, you can wear sunglasses. And the sunglasses with UV protection can protect your eyes. but if you can't see the letters or things around clearly, you'd better take off your sunglasses because the tinted lenses will create darker environment so that your irises need to dilate then they can receive more light, at this time your sunglasses will have opposite effect and tire out your eyes.

You should wear computer glasses. computer glasses are designed to protect our eyes from the harsh glare of LCD screens. We often wear sunglasses in the outside because the harsh light in the outside is stronger than that indoors. So the lenses are tinted to make the environment darker.

Don't wear sunglasses indoors if there isn't harsh glare. The tinted lenses will make the environment darker. Your irises will dilate to receive more light in dark environment. Your eyes will feel tired if you use them in this way. You put heavy burden on your eyes other than make your eyes feel more comfortable if you do this.
