How to fix scratched plastic polarized sunglasses?

My sunglasses have got a scratch in the middle of the lens! I am afraid that the polarized coating will be removed if I get them fixed.Sould I buy replacement lenses that are inexpensive or just fix them by myself?

Fortunately,there is a quick way to fix the scratches on your polarized sunglasses and it won't damage the polarized coating. First use dish detergent to wash them under warm,running water and then rinse and dry them off.Second,you can use non-abrasive white toothpaste and rub the scratches with a microfiber cloth in a circular motion. Repeat doing this until the scratches are less noticeable.Finally,wash them clean under warm, running water and dry them off with a microfiber cloth.
