Should I take off my makeup before taking out of my contacts?

  Makeup removal should occur after contact lenses are removed. This applies to both hard and soft contact lenses. This is important because during the process of removing makeup, debris can enter the eye.   Of course the contacts should be removed first. If you take off the makeup first,the dirt may come into your eyes and adhere on the surface of contacts. Your eyes would get infected easily.
