Is it possible to have an eye exam and glasses or contacts with no insurance?

As I have my prescription, do I need to have my eyes examined again? Can I have an eye exam and glasses or ontact if I have no insurance?

    If you have already have your prescription within 2 years, you don't need to have your eyes examined again. And for the insurance, you can have your eye exam and glasses or contacts, but you have to pay more compared without having insurance. {answer} Of course you can have an eye exam without medical insurance , you just need to pay the money by yourself.
