Should I wear bi or multi focals with this prescription?

Up to now, I have worn glasses only for reading.

I got this prescription after an eye test yesterday :

Sph. Cyl. Axis Add
Right. .25 -.50 95. 2.25
Left plano -.25 90. 2.25
