Can perfect 6/6 vision be guaranteed through Lasik?

No. Lasik may not give you perfect vision everytime. Seven out of ten patients achieve 6/6 or better vision. About 95% will achieve 6/12 or better vision. 6/12 is the minimum visual requirement for obtaining a driving licence in most countries. It also means reduced dependence on glasses or contact lenses for most daily and sporting activities.
