I have a negative and positive prescription. How can I enter this in order to buy glasses online.

  You should fill in the prescription as it is shown in your paper, but make a note that your eyes are actually negative in one eye and positive in another.

  In a order, the prescription is divided into left and right. You only need to tell which is left and which is right, and fill in them separately.

  You can fill in your prescription as it is written in your paper, and ignore the prompt when you fill in your prescription. MAKE SURE you fill in the prescription exactly according to your original prescription.
