Obviously, the best choice would be the disposable ones but the disadvantage of using that of course is too costly. If you can afford it, go for it. Reusable lenses always have a chance of developing discomfort over time due to protein buildup on the lenses. Proper care and regular cleaning of lenses doesn't take away the buildup over time. I've used contacts for over 25 years and had even used lenses that you can sleep in with. Disposables were not available yet then. If using reusable contacts, make sure you do soak it in protein remover tablets every two weeks to help immediate protein buildup hence the longer life for your lenses. I no longer use contacts or eyeglasses after I had my laser surgery done. I could have done it earlier. This option though, is not for everyone. Hope this helps.
