How to punch out eyeglass lenses?

can someone seriously help me? do i have to unscrew something? i tried pushing it but it didnt work.. pls help im being sarah palin and i dont wear glasses so i need to punch it out to see.

You do need to use a small screwdriver to unscrew the sides of the frame. You can find the screwdriver in the hardware store, which can be very cheap. If you look on the frames carefully, you could see a tiny screw. Then you use the screwdriver to unscrew it and the lense will pop out.

I kindly suggest you to take it to an optician if you can not punch out it just by yourself. Or it is easy to be broken.
