You can use arnica to teat with your black eye. Besides, vitamin C is good for a black eye because it can make the walls of the blood vessels thicken and aid the healing process. You can have a try. You can eat the foods that are rich in vitamin C. You can keep those foods in your diet. They are guavas, sweet potatoes, peppers, Indian gooseberry, lemons, mangos, broccoli and oranges. Hope this helped!

Black eyes can be caused by many reasons. If you had nasal injuries, jaw surgery, facelifts, allergic reactions, bites, a dental infection or a skin infection around the eyes. You may get one or two black eyes. But mostly these situations lead to two black eyes. However, if there is a blow to your eye, you may get a black eye too. And there are pain, swelling, blurry vision, and even headaches. As to your situation, I think your black eye is not very serious. It will go away on its own a few days later. You can also put arnica on it for 15 minutes every time.

There are arnica creams or ointments, and arnica oil. You can choose one of them and apply it on the affected area 2-3 times a day. Arnica can reduce the swelling and help heal your eye muscles and other tissues around your eyes if they were damaged. If you applied it right after you get a black eye, it can prevent your black eye from getting worse.
