  Dude, don't worry! I often have red veins in the white part of my eyes after drinking. The alcohol excites me and makes the blood vessels dilate. The dilated veins in the whites of my eyes are most apparent. But they will calm down few hours later or after a night. And the alcohol can dehydrate our body at the same time. This will lead to dry eyes. You just need to drink plenty of water and then the symptom will go away on its own.

  Well, red and itchy eyes are the most common symptoms of an eye infection. You may get an eye infection. You can have your eyes checked by an eye doctor.   Are you a contact user? If you are, your itchy eyelids and red veins in the white part of your eyes can be caused by contacts. The abrasion between the contacts and the inner side of your eyelids may lead to your irritated eyes. Do not rub your eyes when you have contacts on. And lubricate your eyes whenever you feel dryness in your eyes. You may also need to stop using contacts for a few days. If your symptoms persist, you may need to see an eye doctor immediately.
