Dear friend, the easiest way to protect your eyes when we are using a computer is to wear a pair of computer glasses. We know that the reflections of computers and the glare form computer screens will damage our eyes. computer glasses can block the reflections and glare. Our eyes will feel more comfortable when wearing a pair of computer glasses. Hope this helped!

You can apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyes every now and then when you are using a computer. This will help with dry eye. You can take a break every half an hour and walk a few seconds in your house or close your eyes to have a short break. If you can find a distant target, you can look for it for a few seconds to relieve your eye strain.

I think you need to drink plenty of water when you are always sitting in front of a computer. We may suffer from dry eyes from staring at the computer screen for a long time. Drinking a lot of water will lubricate our eyes and provide our body with enough water. You can move your eyes from top to down or from the left side to the right side. Hope this helped!

When we are staring at the computer screen, we often forget to blink our eyes as we usually do. So we can blink our eyes intently every few minutes. Blinking our eyes can help produce tears and this will keep our eyes wet. And you can eat one apple every day to provide your eyes with nutrients and protect the reflection of computers. Good luck!

You can take regular breathes for this will help with the circulation of the blood. When we are using a computer for a long time, our breath will slow down and become shallow when we focus on computer screen. So you can take a breath and relax yourself. You can also place some plants such as cactus near the screen of your computer. it is said that absorb reflections. It is good to your health.

You must stay away from the computer screen. The glare and the reflection may damage your eyes. It is said that we'd better keep the computer screen at an arm's length from our eyes. And you can modulate the brightness of the computer screen to make your eyes feel more comfortable.

You can put your computer on a lower place so you can look at the screen with your eyes look down. This will help reduce the reflections that absorbed by your eyes. More eyelids will cover your eyes and you eyes will blink unconsciously. And blinking will produce more tears to lubricate your eyeballs.

If you have dry eye, and you are a current contact user, I suggest you to wear a pair of computer glasses instead of wearing contacts. Using computer for a long time will lead to dry eye and itchiness. And you also need to have regular eye exams. Usually the doctor will suggest you to have your eyesight checked every 6 months if you often use computers for a long period.

You can protect your eyes by eating more fish, vegetables and fruits. Many sea fish such as trout, salmon, sardines, herring and arctic char are rich in DHA. DHA is good for retina. It can prevent cataract and eye injury. Green vegetables are good for our eyes too. Seeds that are rich in antioxidants can preserve or improve our eyesight. We can get enough vitamin A from vegetables and fruits to improve our eye health. And you can change the size of the letters on the computer screen to make yourself see clearly.

You can buy a radiation protection film for your monitor. Don't forget to wear glasses with anti radiation coating. You should relax for a while for every 50 minutes.

One of the most important things you can do to protect your eyes is to take regular breaks. Taking several minutes to get up and not look at the monitor can greatly help in protecting your eyes and reducing any strain
