Dear friend, I heard that egg whites can help with puffy eyes. Egg whites can tighten the skins under our eyes and relieve puffy eyes. It can help prevent wrinkles too. So I strongly suggest you to have a try. You can take one egg in a bowl and then separate the yolk. You can use the yolk to make an omelette for yourself in the morning. Next, you can add a few drops of witch hazel into the egg whites and then whip them to get a stiff consistency. Then you can apply the mixture on the skin under your eyes. After it is dry enough, you can wash it with cold water. Hope this helped!

You can wash your puffy eyes with cold water or apply cool compresses on your eyes for a few times every day. The coolness can calm down your inflamed eyes and the cold water can wash out allergens. Cold water or cool compresses can shrink the vessels and the pores under your eyes, so the puffy eyes will disappear very soon.

Dear friend, I often apply an eye cream to the lower lids of my eyes when I have puffy eyes. The eye cream has mint herbal base or rosemary which can help reduce puffiness. You just need to apply a small amount to each eye and then massage the skin under your eyes every night before going to sleep.

You can cut cucumbers into slices and put them in a plastic bag and freeze them for about half an hour. Then you can lie down and place the cucumber slices on your puffy eyes for about ten minutes. The coolness will make your eyes feel better. I did this before. It worked. So I suggest you to have a try.

Dear friend, you can use eye patches to reduce your puffiness. Eye patches can be called treatment masks or eye sheets. They have ingredients such as retinol, ginseng that can help reduce puffiness and dark circles. You can place two pieces of eye patches right underneath your eyes and close your eyes to have a good rest. You can have a try!

The easiest way is to put a cold metal spoon on the lower eyelids. The coolness will reduce the puffiness immediately. You just need to get a cup of cold water and then put a metal spoon into it and then place the black of the spoon on your eyes when it is cold enough. But you must do this gently because the skin under your eyes is very delicate. You can do this for a few times until you get a satisfying result. Good luck!

You can massage your eyes to reduce the puffiness. You must use the middle finger for it will apply the least amount of pressure to the delicate skin under your eyes. You just need to sweep inward through the ocular bone. Do this for 3-4 times when you are free and then you will see an apparent difference in this area. This can increase the circulation and movement in that area.

You can drink water to get rid of your puffy eyes. Usually people will told us that drink too much water in the night will lead to puffy eyes in the next morning. But drink water can reduce puffiness too. We know that everybody needs to drink at least eight to ten glasses of water every day. But when our body is hydrated, it will lead to puffy eyes too. Water can reduce the puffiness and flush out toxins from our body at the same time.

Dear friend, I often use tea bags to reduce puffiness under my eyes. You can use green tea bags, black tea bags or herbal tea bags. They can be used to soothe puffy and irritated eyes in our daily lives. Tea bags contain anti-irritant properties which can reduce puffiness and inflammation. You just need to place chilled moist tea bags on your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes. Your swelling may go away after doing this for several times.
