What is the best eye drops for dry eyes?

I have to work in front of the computer for a long time. I have got dry eye for about one week. Sometimes they are dry and itching. Can you tell me how to deal with this? Is there any drops for dry eye?

If you are a contact or glasses user, your doctor may recommend a special brand of drops for your dry eye. So you can ask your doctors for suggestions. Actually, dry and itching eyes are the problem of your eyelids. I heard that OCuSOFT Lid Scrub can remove excessive oil and debris from our eyelids that may cause eye itching and dry eyes. You can have a try.

Dear friend, I think the best way to solve your problem is to have a rest every half an hour, you can close your eyes for a few minutes and this will not affect your work. If you do not wear glasses or contacts, you can buy a pair of computer glasses to protect your eyes from the harsh light and the reflections of the computer screen . If you wear the contact lens I suggest you to use some artificial tears to moisten your eyes for you are just have the dry eye symptom for one week you needn't to buy any special drops.
