How to cure an eye infection ?

My eyes feel burning and itching, also, my eyes are red. My friend siad that it may caused by eye infection. So, what can i do to help my eyes? Is there anyway that can cure my infected eyes?

I think the best way to solve this problem is to see the doctor. because we are not professionals in dealing with eye infections, we couldn't even figure out if they are eye infection, we can't give you right suggestions. while do not worry too much about it. maybe it is not a big problem. You just need to see the doctor urgently so as to solve this problem timely.

If you are in this kind of situation, you just need to avoid touching these allergies then you will be OK. Itchy, burning eyes can be caused by infections too. And this will threaten your eyesight if you do not take any measures. You also need to see the doctor and get some medicines to deal with it.
