Why do i always squeeze and roll my eyes?

  In common, people squeeze and roll my eyes involuntary because they feel uncomfortable in their eyes. And it could be dry or itchy in the eyes. And it is not eye diseases or any big problems. And taking a good rest can help you release from those symptoms. Also, you can help your eyes by use some lubricating eye drops.

  There are several factors that can causes it. In details. Tiredness and strain eyes can contribute to squeeze and roll eyes involuntary. Besides, nervous can also cause it. And in common, it is not a sign of eye diseases. But if you noticed that your eyes are red, burning and pain, it is possible caused by eye infection. You can check it yourself.
