Missing eye health question?

If a person was missing an eye, could they realistically walk around carrying on a normal life (healthwise) without a patch or glass eye? What is it like to be missing an eye (if anyone has a glass one or wears an eyepatch). Thanks

I don't know what do you mean by "missing an eye" ? is it just blind or broken ?if the lids are complete , then it would be possible to walk around carrying on a normal life . If the lids are not complete then the mucous membranes in the socket of the eye could become dry from exposure to the air and cause problems.
