Yes, it is possible to get visual snow from stress. As we know that some people are addicted to playing computers nowadays or are engaged in their job due to heavy pressure for more than eight hours, or even several days without resting their body, so their eyes strain and are lack of necessary nutrition, day by day, the vitreous body of the eyes degenerates and mutates, resulting in the nubecula of the vitreous body, which leads to visual snow. In addition to emotional strain, stress can lead to blurred vision, central serous choroidopathy, eyelid twitching as well as nystagmus. Therefore, it is important to learn how to get rid of stress in the competitive world. We can do deep breathing exercises or yoga to relieve the pressure.
