The eye color is determined by genetic genes which will not change easily. The eye color will not affect the color blindness which is determined by the inner iris. Once you get the color blindness, you may have many problems in life. You may have difficulty in seeing things right. You could use some special eyeglasses to help you have the respective normal vision.

Color blindness usually refers to being unable to distinguish some colors or even all of the colors. Generally speaking, color blindness in most cases is caused by hereditary factors, which is called daltonism, and it can not be treated. The colors of eyes can hardly lead to color blindness. The colors of eyes depend on the colors of iris, which are mainly affected by the amount of melanin in the iris pigment epithelial cells, the amount of melanin in the iris stroma and the cell density of iris stroma. However, it can be temporarily corrected by wearing red or green contact lenses accordingly. In some cases, color blindness is acquired because the patient get ocular fundus disease, glaucoma, and so on, but the dyschromatopsia caused by these eye disease is usually not permanent and will disappear with the recovery of the eye conditions.

Well, of course not. Color blindness is not related to eye color. Generally speaking, people are born with certain eye color, and it will not change in most cases. And there is no evidence show that eye color is related to color blindness. And for people who have color blindness, it means that they have trouble seeing red, green, or blue or a mix of these colors. Also, color blindness is a genetically inherited condition. For other causes, injury of the eye, aging or as a side effect of using certain medications or drugs can be ones. in common, partial color blindness can be treated by wearing corrective glasses, surgery, or by quitting with consuming certain drugs or medications.
