Are non polarized oakley lens still better at blocking the sun than other un polarized sunglass lens?

All the sunglasses will block the light from the sun that we can see. As we know, most of the sunglasses will block UVA, and some will bock UVA and UVB. However, only Oakley lenses will also block the other wavelengths of UV light, that is ,it can blocks 100% of all UV light which can actually damage our eyes. So personally the oakley lens is still better than others.
