Yes, dilated eyes will be reversed if you treat it well. Sometimes dilated eyes will be caused by the coming invisible bacterium and the eyes infection. You could treat your eyes with the eye drops with anti-inflammation. In addition, you could also use the warm compress to make your eyes get comfortable and moisture.

Firstly, calm down. Then you need to make sure that your dilated eyes is either permanent or temporary. If you went an opthamologist today and do some thorough exams of your eyes, don't worry because dilating drops for your eyes are just diagnostic tools. Generally speaking, your eyes will dilated for 4-5 hours, then it will be fine. There is no need to mess about your eyes. Whereas, it lasts for about 1-2 days, you need your doctor and they may prescribe drops that will reverse or counteract dilating drops. Muraine is the best I've ever found. Secondly, if your are permanent dilated eyes, you need to accept it and sunglasses seem great on you. You may need some lubricated drops to keep your eye moist all the time to avoid eye dryness.
