Till know, there is no cure for vitiligo. But you can try to improve your skin's appearance by cosmetics or light treatment. And laser can be used to treat small area of vitiligo. But if you mean lasik eye surgery, as far as i know, there is no business between lasik surgery and vitiligo because vitiligo is a kind of skin problem that won't affect the vision. Anyway, whether you have vitiligo or not, you are in risks of complication after lasik surgery. Usually, the common complication risk of lasik surgery include temporary discomfort and vision disturbances, dry eyes and eye infection etc. But this may not happen to some patient. Anyway, you'd better consult your doctor for a better knowledge about lasik surgery.
