  According to the symptoms you have described, your eyes may get infection which you need to pay attention to. Your long time use of eyes in front of the computers may make your eyes get infection easily. You could use some eyes drops with anti-inflammation to release the symptom. In addition, you could also try the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.

  First, check if you have overused your eyes. Although you have a good sleep, your eyes may hurt as well. Maybe you have overused your eyes in the daytime. Sitting before computers or staying in the warm environment for a long time may make the eyes dry, then your eyes may hurt because of the dryness of your eyes. To make your eyes feel better, you can use some eye pads which are cool and anti-fatigue. Besides, pay attention to your diet, eat more vegetables that contain vitamin A and E.
