It is normal to get wrinkles under eyes, which is a great problem especially for females. One probable reason to cause this is that the skin under the eyes does not get enough water and nutrition. The epidermis organisation of the skin under the eyes becomes dry and thin, and the dermis layer cannot get enough collagen and elastic fibers and become thin too, and lose dicty braced force.
