Mineral oil often uses in baby lotions, cold creams, ointments and cosmetics, which can help with keep soften skin, wipe off wrinkles and swellings, even getting long and thick eyelashes. So you can reduce swellings under eyes by massaging mineral oil. And a low-carb diet can prevent eye puffiness by preventing water retention. Eating foods rich in vitamins, especially A, C and E, helps to reduce eye puffiness and to maintain clear, moist skin.
