Yes, I think it is possible to have some impacts on eyes. Anemia refers to a decrease of red blood cell or lower level of quantity of hemoglobin in blood. It might be caused by excessive blood loss or poor red blood cell production. It might be caused by iron deficiency. Hemoglobin combines with oxygen and carries the oxygen to capillaries so anemia would lead to hypoxia in organs. This would happen to eyes too. With no sufficient blood and oxygen supplied to eyes, you might find dark circles under eyes. Bad blood circulation would lead to damages to cells in eyes which is bad for eyesight. Deficiency of vitamin B-12 would lead to anemia, while B-12 deficiency has many impacts on vision, such as optic neuropathy, cataract and macular degeneration. I suffer from anemia too, so I would like to have more light diet with fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins and lutein.
