In addition, you could use the warm compress by finding the warm water and clean cloth to make the eyes feel comfortable. You should better have the good rest for the eyes which will help you get rid of the flashing lights in the vision.

  Well, according to many experts, there are some causes which can be related to flashing eyes, such as severe recurrent headaches caused by blood vessel spasms in the brain that last from a few hours to several days. And for your situation, it can be an indicator of a serious eye problem and that may need immediate treatment. In my opinion, you can just have some eye drops in your eyes, and then go and see a doctor as soon as possible, or it can be dangerous.
